Will I receive a physical book in the mail?
Ans; No. All ebooks and recipe cards are electronic and you will receive a digital copy via email.
I did not receive an email after my purchase?
Ans: If you did not receive a copy of your ebook or recipe card please first check your junk/spam mail. If after 15 minutes you have not received it, contact us with your payment confirmatipn at hello@dagoombaykitchen.ca and we will be glad to send you another copy.
Catering Policy
Deposit and Payment
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the quote to secure our services for your event. This deposit ensures that the necessary resources are allocated and preparations begin promptly. The remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours before the event. This allows us to finalize the arrangements and ensure the highest quality of service.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Once the invoice is confirmed, no adjustments or changes can be made to the menu, guest count, or timing.
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
Changes and Amendments:
- Any changes to the menu, guest count, or timing must be communicated before the invoice is confirmed.
